This charming fixer upper was renovated top to bottom. We installed beautiful hardwood floors throughout and opened up walls to create an expansive feel in a small starter home. The master bathroom was remodeled with subway tile, raincan shower, and quartz vanity top. The newly married couple wanted to make this first home a place where friends could come visit and lose track of time. Focusing mainly on the living areas, we mixed bold patterns and classic prints, often reupholstering and repurposing family heirlooms. This helped to make the home feel youthful on a young couple's budget.
